Tune in for the third episode of well-fed with whet, where we’ll be talkin’ shop (and community, of course) with artist, entrepreneur and Street Wise Consulting founder Hazel Streete. In 2016, Hazel founded her own non-profit, Her Resilience, which was an arts-based investigation into the state of violence against women in Oakland, California, and culminated with a powerful display featuring oversized portrait panels of women who were the victims of violence in the Bay Area.

Since then, Hazel has continued to build her career working with various creative organizations to provide consulting and input. In addition, Hazel has begun to put out her own materials to guide others in mapping out their goals and everyday endeavors. Her most recent project, the Streete Wise Planner of 2024 is a unique planner that is guided by divination tools and encourages the reader (slash user) to center themselves and their strategies toward organization and development—”without the mundane schedules and routine events.”
